The Raccoon Kids are minor characters in "Mission 547: Safety Rules!" They are the Raccoon Homeowner's kids and inhabitants of a burning house in the flashback scene.
They reappear in the park scene with Burt.
Oddly, the boy of the two resembles Kevin Masker in "Where the Fun Never Stops," as likewise, he wears a light green T-shirt, but doesn't wear pants, shoes, or socks. However, they are not the same character due to voice differences; this Raccoon boy is voiced by Sherry Lynn, whereas Kevin in that episode is voiced by Jason Marsden.
The girl, on the other hand, wears an orange shirt, fuchsia-red overalls, and fuchsia shoes.
They appeared in the commercial of Children's Hospital PSA because they're grey.
