A live nail is a brief antagonist in the "Cave Save" song segment "Places Not to Play." It appears when, in a junkyard lot, a soccer ball falls in. It is bent and has only eyes with red pupils and angry eyebrows.
This is to represent nails being a reason for a junkyard lot being a place that children should not play in.
