The laser pen is a machine that Burble uses in "Go Games." When he, Fallbot, and Burt enter the glue factory, they end up having found Rangers Sully and Kitty stuck in glue. After Fallbot and Burt turn off the conveyor belt and glue flow, respectively, Burble goes upstairs to a bridge-like structure and turns on the laser pen and moves it around Sully and Kitty's feet and then between the two Rangers, causing them to hop to the hovercraft to get the rest of the glue off in the hovercraft.
