In the middle.
Nora is a rodent from the book of "Street Smarts." Nora and her younger sister, Susie, are going to the carnival with their mother and father. Nora and Susie are playing inside the car, but their father told them to get out because it is too dangerous to play in the car. Her family are going for a walk, so now they're went to the carnival. Nora told Susie use the street smarts. Her family saw that the cars crashed and the lights went out. The Danger Rangers are here to help to make directing the traffic and handling the crosswalk.
After the power's back on, her family is ready to go. Susie's ball rolls into the street and Susie has to catch it, but Nora stops her. Nora tells Susie that she should never run into the street, but instead always ask the parent to help. She also says need flashlight and reflective clothing so car drivers can see them. Kitty gives Nora a SAVO unit because Nora taught Susie how to use her street smarts. Now, Nora became a Junior Danger Ranger.
