Grey DeLisle (b. 1973) is primarily the voice of Kitty. She is best known as Emily Elizabeth Howard in the Clifford the Big Red Dog franchise (including its prequel spin-off series Clifford's Puppy Days), Mandy in The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, and so on.
