Annie Barker is a Dalmatian from the book of "Cool by the Pool." Annie is having fun at a pool party, so all the kids joined in for swimming, splashing, and jumping into the pool. She had in shallow end with her friend, George Whiskers. Annie told George that she wants to become a Junior Danger Ranger just like him. Annie looked around, that how George told her for be alert and lookout for danger, so she saw Julie that she is going to over at Joey and Annie stooped her. She and George ran and lift Joey up. Annie told George that her father is a lifeguard, and George is going to call the Danger Rangers.
When the Danger Rangers landed with the hovercraft, Annie introduced herself and show them in the backyard, so they went proceeded around the pool and they met her father. Sully told Annie that he saw a clown that walked with flippered feet and laughed with a nose, but Kitty saw a small shadowy figure from the clown's coat. Annie told them that Mr. Barker is a lifeguard for the day and he needs someone to watch the kids in the water. Annie reached the bottle of sunscreen; there's nothing in it. Squeeky handed the sunscreen to Annie. Squeeky can make a double-flip twister dive, but the pool has vanished, so her party is ruined and the clown is gone; however, Kitty had an idea that they will go down the lake.
When they arrived at the lake, they found the perfect spot and the ice cream man is close to the lake, so the ice cream man is a familiar guy. George is grabbing the ball, Annie stopped him and told him that he should never go barefoot and don't know why it was buried in the sand. Burt said that a good plan for wearing sandals is a way to go. It turns out the ice cream man is Wally.
When Wally and his gang arrested, Sully told Annie that a great move to call the cops and Annie told him that It's easy to call 911. The Danger Rangers are headed back to Annie's house.
When they're back, Burt gave her Junior Danger Ranger badge with that sunlight and told her that she's now an official Junior Danger Ranger in training. Just then, her mother came out and carrying with the cake, so everyone sang "Happy Birthday" and Annie blew out the candles.
