Chili Dog is one of Rusty Ringtail's minions. He is a wolf who is careless in riding bicycles, but that's against his will because he doesn't like getting hurt from not wearing safety gear, but Rusty never allows him because it "slows you down."
Chili is voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson (primarily the voice of Burble).
